The microbial community had been subdivided into unique coherent clusters of working taxonomic units (OTUs). Individual OTUs were regularly replaced during various seasonal activities. The coherent clusters change their contribution into the microbial neighborhood dependent on season. Changes of temperature, levels of silicon, and nitrates are the important aspects affected the structure of microbial communities. Useful forecast revealed that some microbial or eukaryotic taxa that turned with seasons had comparable practical OSMI-4 properties, which demonstrate their particular functional redundancy. We have also detected specific functional properties in numerous coherent clusters of bacteria or microeukaryotes, which could show their capability to conform to seasonal changes of environment. Our results disclosed a relationship between regular succession, coherency, and useful attributes of freshwater bacteria and microeukaryotes.
