To quantify the accuracy of converting traditional dental impressions to intraoral scans, in order to evaluate all-on-four treatment plans in the maxillary arch.
A model of the maxillary arch, featuring four implants for the all-on-four treatment, was fabricated to represent a patient's edentulous upper jaw. A procedure involving an intraoral scanner and the insertion of a scan body was carried out to obtain ten intraoral surface scans.
